The manual details the functions and capabilities of the Food Service Catering Department and describes the services available. The complete range of service is not to the selections listed in the manual. We will attempt to meet all the unique needs of each individual group.
Please follow the guidelines below when placing a catering order. If you need additional information, call Chartwells at (806) 326-2696 or fax (806) 356-4867. Our staff is pleased to have the opportunity to participate in the coordination and planning of your event.
Please give us the time we need to prepare for your event. While we may be able to accommodate your needs with less lead-time, we prefer the opportunity to do our best for you. Orders for refreshment breaks should be placed three working days before the event. Orders for meals and receptions should be placed no fewer than ten working days before the event. Your menu must be finalized five working days prior to the function.
You will be billed on the basis of a guaranteed number. If however the number attending is fewer than the guarantee you will be billed the guaranteed number. Food and Beverage must be provided by Food Service. Arrangements for Banquets must be confirmed, changed or cancelled three days in advance. Due to ordering and delivery schedules, we must order supplies based on estimates.
Our Food Service office will bill you direct to your department after service rendered. This billing is only for authorized venders; otherwise payment is expected at time of service.
